Refund / cancellation policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account billing area when self-service billing is available, or by emailing [email protected].

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.


Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. The plan price, billing interval, included storage, and any taxes are shown before checkout.


Refund requests

We review refund requests case by case. To request a refund, email [email protected] with the account email, invoice or payment reference if available, and the reason for the request.

Refunds we normally approve

  • Duplicate charges.
  • Accidental renewal reported shortly after payment.
  • Billing mistakes caused by UpYourTV or our payment processor.
  • Service access problems that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

Refund limits

We may decline refunds for completed billing periods, heavy storage or bandwidth usage, violations of the Terms, or requests made after an account has already used the paid service for a meaningful period.


How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Depending on the payment provider and bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
